About CxO Collective

Executive Community of Practice

As an executive community of practice, it is imperative that members come into a group with a clear understanding of what is expected of them. While members should expect to come away from every meeting having learned something they can take back to their executive team, regardless of whether or not the group discussed their issue/opportunity, the real impact comes from taking action and keeping each other accountable for the action promises made to the group. The member’s time is extremely valuable and they have chosen to not only invest into finding solutions for their businesses, but also to provide wisdom and suggestions to their peers to help them succeed. This is not a place for solicitation. Rather, this is a place for executives to find community, support and solutions.

The best leaders pursue greatness with the same commitment as a world-class athlete. They understand that it will be a constant challenge and will require a relentless drive to continually learn and adapt. They don’t tolerate shortcuts and never act as though they’ve“arrived.” They carve out space to seek development and seek out peers that can offer fresh perspectives. They have a desire to be pushed even when it might be uncomfortable.

The responsibility of being a leader is far greater than most of us care to admit. Leading is an art that is always changing. As much as you may not want to admit it, you need help along the way.

“Art is long, life is short.”
